Configuration and RMS enrolment

Request firewall rules, VPN profiles, SIM settings and RMS enrolment as an agreed staging scope. Account ownership, connectivity and management services should be confirmed before dispatch.

Firmware levelling across a fleet

Every unit in a rollout leaves on the same firmware build, which removes the mismatch that makes RMS templates and VPN profiles behave differently between sites.

Outdoor and PoE kit prepared as a set

Outdoor gateways, PoE powered cameras and access points are labelled and cabled as a set per location, so the crew installing an OTD140 on a site perimeter is not matching parts on the ground.

Consolidated EU shipping

Orders across the range are consolidated at Malta, Germany or Poland and timed to the install window rather than trickling in per line item.

RMA handling and spares
