Eva Kristovska joins YOT LTD as Director of Sales

1. Please tell us a bit about you?

Hi everyone! I'm Eva Kristovska, and I'm thrilled to be joining this amazing team as Director of Sales. A bit about me - I come from a background of technology. Recognized for strategic sales and operational improvements, client and partner support, team motivation, and fostering innovation, and I'm really excited about the opportunity to contribute to the success of YOT Ltd.

2. Can you give us an insight about your professional background and key experiences?

With over a decade in software sales management at GFI Software, Malta, my experience spans roles involving sales, strategic operational improvements, process optimization, and successful integration of acquisitions. I've consistently focused on client support, problem resolution, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Motivating teams and managing high-profile customer relationships have been key aspects of my contributions. Demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of sales and operations intricacies, my background reflects a commitment to excellence and results.

3. What are your passions and hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I'm passionate about travel, photography, cooking, and art. Whether capturing moments, savoring culinary delights, or expressing creativity through art and design, I believe in balancing work and personal life. Currently, my personal goals include furthering my skills in photography and exploring new culinary techniques.

4. What do you hope to achieve in your new role?

In my role, I aspire to elevate sales performance and client satisfaction through strategic initiatives. My goal is to optimize team dynamics, foster innovation, and drive market development. With a focus on problem-solving and client-centric strategies, I aim to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success. I'm excited about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

5. What are your initial impressions regarding the team and company culture?My initial impressions of the team and company culture are incredibly positive. It's evident that there's a strong sense where teamwork, dedication, and a genuine interest in the success of partners are integral aspects of the culture. I plan to integrate by actively participating in team activities, sharing insights from my extensive background, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment, and I'm looking forward to collaborating with each of you.

6. Any interesting or unique aspects about yourself, especially related to your interests?

On a lighter note, a fun fact about me - Someone that loves to travel I was terrified of flying, which then led me to learn everything about aircrafts. When it comes to my personality, I'm a keen reader and listener, and there are countless outstanding books and podcasts out there. I enjoy exploring a wide range of topics and genres to broaden my knowledge and perspectives. Some of my favorite books cover areas such as personal development, historical non-fiction, science fiction, and classic literature. Similarly, when it comes to podcasts, I appreciate those that delve into subjects like entrepreneurship, technology, psychology, and storytelling.
